-A cancelation of a booking doesn’t presume a refund when the cancellation is done by the client. -In the case of the facility not being able to provide the services of the said booking due to the weather conditions, boat malfunction o whichever other motive, the client would be able to request a refund or move the booking to another day. The new booking must take place within 2 months of the cancellation date. -The client may request to move the booking to a different time or/and date with a minimum of 48H before the booking. The change is subject to the availability and will not have any extra costs. -In case of the activity being interrupted, the causes will be examined to see which amount should be refunded
